Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in our Quality Assurance and strictly follow our Standard Operating Procedure(s), QA & SOP(s) for each product selection. Each item(s), regardless of its size/price/type is carefully chosen to be a part of BlooomiT family and is shipped with utmost care. However, situations can arise that are beyond our premises and control. Please refer to BlooomiT Free Returns and Refund policy below:

Free 14-Days Returns and Refund Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request for a return label and refund respectively. 

Returned item(s) MUST be in its original condition as received. Any signs of usage/wear and tear void the return.

Returned item(s) are manually inspected by our team within 3 - 5 business days after its arrival, to practice our adhered policy, and to verify and complete the return process.

A flat rate 15% Re-Stocking fee is charged on all approved returns.      

Approved returns are refunded within 10 - 15 business days, via original payment method. *Option to convert into Store Credit(s).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returned item(s) failing the Returns Inspection will not be Refunded. You will be notified with the decision/remarks and option(s). (Send or Donate*).

If an item(s) fails the Returns Inspection, you will be notified with the decision and remarks. Further options include:

Send: We send the item(s) back to you with adjustment(s) or correction(s) where applicable, no charges. (Discretion of BlooomiT).

Donate*: You will have an option to "Donate" the item(s) to a local charity under your name and receive a one-time 25% discount [% of item(s) value] towards a future purchase and the donation confirmation for your records. Our aim is to implement a Zero Wastage Policy, reduce landfill waste and promote donation and recycling.

No Returns/Refunds on final sale item(s).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be void.

Damages and issues
Please inspect orders upon reception and contact us immediately if an item(s) is damaged or have visible issues so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care and accessories (such as health/beauty/fragrance). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. *No Returns/Refunds on final sale item(s) unless exclusively stated otherwise. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards at this time.

Exchanges
We do not provide any exchange services. Every order is considered a sold product. Please reach us at contact@blooomit.ca for further assistance and we'd try to help with options.
